Deposit Requirements: • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments • Deposit amount will be applied toward the total service cost • Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received Rescheduling Policy: • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice • Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment date Cancellation Policy: • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit Late Arrival: • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling • Additional fees may apply depending on schedule availability By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined above.
